![]() The second reason Murray is still alive, is because up until publishing of this article, Gordon doesn’t know that Murray knows his secret! This is evident by the fact that every episode, Murray welcomes you to the Street by interviewing randomly people about the “Word of the Day”. I’m not going to mess with a person when they have a professional killer standing over them are you? For example, Ovejita is a skilled ice skater, gymnast and baseball player (a bat can come in pretty handy during a street brawl). Throughout Murray’s adventures outside the Street, Ovejita displays various skills that normal little lambs shouldn’t display. Never judge a book by it’s cover! This lamb is a trained assassin, standing guard over Murray. At first you might assume this innocent looking sheep poses no threat to a King Pin like Gordon, but looks are deceiving. ![]() Murray knows the secrets of Gordon’s drug ring! But how is he able to still be involved with the happenings of The Street when he knows this dark secret? Two things are keeping Murray alive.įirst, Murray does not guard his secret alone. I’ll tell you what…the same thing that got me thrown in a dank, swampy cell in Malaysia. What could this gentle fur bag have done to deserve banishment to the Street of Sesame? Strange that a show that stresses inclusion of all people, monsters, plants and things would banish a friendly, welcoming soul to live outside The Street. That’s right, Murray is never partnered up with Elmo, Abby or any other “friendly” faces from The Street. What pray tell is that pattern? You never see Murray included in anything on Sesame Street proper. Upon multiple episode viewings, a strange pattern will begin to emerge. ![]() Yet, in recent history, each episode starts with a sweet, furry red monster named Murray that welcomes visitors to Sesame Street. Most episodes, Sesame Street teaches about inclusion and treating everyone equally. But fear will not deter this journalist in his search for truth! So I once again throw light on the dark and seedy shadow that is Sesame Street. My first two posts about the truth behind Sesame Street led to a dark imprisonment that will never leave my mind.
